Terms of Agreement

The terms and conditions stated in Article I of this form constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bay Area Flight School Listings and its subsidiary The Left Seat Report. By using this Site, you understand, acknowledge and agree that you will abide by the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement will remain in full force and effect as long as your comments are actively located on the website, visible to users on the website and currently available to all users of the site.

The words "use" or "using" in this Agreement, means any time an individual (a "user"), directly or indirectly, with or without the aid of a machine or device, does or attempts to access, interact with use, display, view, print or copy from the Site, transmit, receive or exchange data or communicate with the Site, or in any way utilizes, benefits, takes advantage of or interacts with any function, service or feature of the Site, for any purpose whatsoever. The term “website” in this Agreement is referring to www.TheLeftSeatReport.com. This is the entire and exclusive Agreement between you and us regarding use of the Site and it cannot be modified, except as specifically described below in Article II of this agreement.

Article I User Agreement

User (name stated on e-mail form under text field name) agrees that all information provided in this form is true and forthright. User takes full legal responsibility for falsified information and for all lawsuits brought about because of User’s written and unwritten slander. In the event of a lawsuit, User’s information will be passed to legal authorities for prosecution. Comments that are prohibited from The Left Seat Report are but not limited to: comments about the sex, nationality or religious beliefs. A full list of prohibited comments and actions can be found in Article III of the User Agreement form. Upon submitting this form user agrees to these terms and is bound by law to conform to these regulations.

Article II Modifications to This Agreement

The Left Seat Report reserves the right, at any time and from time to time, for any reason in our sole discretion, to change the terms of this Agreement. We will post or display notices of material changes on the Site and we may also e-mail you about these changes. Once we post them on the Site, these changes become effective immediately and if you use the Site after they become effective it will signify your agreement to be bound by the changes. You should check back frequently and review the terms and conditions of this Agreement regularly so you are aware of the most current rights and obligations that apply to you and the terms and conditions of your agreement with us.

Article III User Comment Agreements

Article IV User Comment Restrictions
Your use of the website is subject to all applicable local, state, national laws and regulations and, in some cases, international treaties. You are solely responsible for all activities, acts and omissions that occur in, from, through the User Comment Form. You shall not use, allow, or enable others to use the website, or knowingly condone use of this website by others, in any manner that is, attempts to, or is likely to:

1. Be libelous, defamatory, indecent, vulgar or obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive, racially, culturally, or ethnically offensive, harmful, harassing, intimidating, threatening, hateful, objectionable, discriminatory, or abusive, or which may or may appear to impersonate anyone else

2. Affect us adversely or reflect negatively on us, the website, our goodwill, name or reputation or cause duress, distress or discomfort to us or anyone else.

3. Violate any laws, regulations (including, without limitation, laws regarding the transmission of technical data or software exported from the United States), judicial or governmental order, and any treaties or violate or infringe upon any intellectual property rights, rights of publicity or privacy, or any other rights of ours or of any other person, firm or enterprise.

4. Slander an individuals name, company or employer. No comments shall be made against a persons:

Sex Race Ethnicity Social Group Nationality Life Style

Teaching Techniques Religious Beliefs Family Upbringing Name Family Marital Status

Other Employment Voice Speech or any physical or mental disability Handicap

Article V Modifications to User Comments

The Left Seat Report reserves the right to modify any comment by the User to meet the standards set forth in this agreement under Article III. While The Left Seat Report reserves this right, we will not be held legally responsible for User Comments left un-modified. Comments can and will be removed from the website if other Users of the website report a violation of Article III of this agreement. User name, email address or other personal information that refers to the User, may be blocked from the website if they are found to be abusing the terms set forth in this agreement.

Article VI Comment Liabilities

You understand, acknowledge and agree that such Postings are the sole responsibility of the User from which such comments originated. This means that you, the user, and not The Left Seat Report, are entirely responsible for the consequences of all comment that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the website. Comments do not reflect the views of Bay Area Flight School Listings and its subsidiary The Left Seat Report. We do not monitor, endorse, edit or screen any comment, although we reserve the right to do so, nor shall we be liable for any comment that is in violation of this Agreement. In no event shall Bay Area Flight School Listings and its subsidiary The Left Seat Report have or be construed to have any responsibility or liability for or in connection with any comment whatsoever.
